HUDAIB AL HUDAIB General Trading Company provides shopping services and product orders through its electronic platform, with delivery handled by a courier company. Customers are required to ensure the accuracy of the entered data and browse the website securely and responsibly, without violating the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
First: Obligations of the Parties
A. Obligations of HUDAIB ALHUDAIB General Trading Company:
- Commit to providing a platform for showcasing its products and receiving customer orders.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered via a courier company in an organized, proper manner, sealed tightly, and on the agreed delivery date.
- Maintain the electronic platform but is not liable for damages resulting from platform malfunctions due to force majeure, internet disruptions, hacking, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Safeguard customer data, ensuring confidentiality and no exploitation beyond the scope of service, while refraining from storing any banking information.
- Enable customers to make payments using credit and debit cards.
B. Obligations of the Customer:
- Use the electronic platform responsibly and in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Commit to paying for the products ordered via the electronic platform.
- Maintain the security of their account and all activities conducted therein, refraining from sharing account details or passwords with others.
- Enter accurate and truthful personal data.
Second: Terms and Conditions
1. For Customers Within the UAE:
- Orders within the UAE will be delivered within four (4) working days unless delayed by legal impediments or force majeure.
- Refund requests, if applicable, will be processed within ten (10) working days for customers in the UAE.
2. For Customers Outside the UAE:
- Orders outside the UAE will be delivered within fifteen (15) working days unless delayed by customs or legal issues.
- Refunds and returns are not applicable for international shipping due to associated costs, including shipping and handling fees.
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance and its associated charges.
Third: General Conditions:
- Customers ordering through the platform are not entitled to collect products from the company’s branches.
- Customers must inspect the product before accepting it, ensuring it is properly sealed and intact.
- Quality complaints, such as product breakage, discoloration, flavor alteration, or improper sealing, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (excluding the delivery day).
- Customers bear full responsibility if orders are delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
- Delays in product delivery caused by a customer's unresponsiveness to the courier or errors in address entry are solely the customer's responsibility, with no compensation claimable from the company or the courier.
- Customers can file complaints, inquiries, and follow-ups via direct phone contact or the company’s official email.
Fourth: 100% Cashback Offer
- Customers receive credit in their electronic wallet on the company’s website equivalent to the amount paid for purchases when the offer is active.
- The earned credit is exclusively usable for purchases on the website.
- Earned credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.
- Credit validity extends until December 31, 2024.
- Any unused credit after this date will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
- Credit is limited to the products and services available on the website.
- The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are responsible for tracking and utilizing their wallet credits within the validity period.
- The company is not liable for claims related to expired credits.
- These terms and conditions are subject to UAE laws, with disputes governed by UAE local courts.
Important Notice:
We urge customers to utilize their earned credits before December 31, 2024. After this date, all unused credits will be forfeited without the company bearing any obligation to reactivate or compensate them.
